Most of these foods originate from our Mediterranean and Slovak background.  Years of fine-tuning have honed them to perfection. 

Name Brief Description
Cerek (Sirek) An Egg ball typically served at Easter and made from eggs, milk, a touch of vanilla, and a touch of salt. 
Ground Meat and Rice Stuffing Rice, pine nuts,  lemon, mint, garlic, onion, and cinnamon with ground lamb, turkey, or beef.
Holupki Rice and ground lamb, turkey, or beef wrapped in cabbage and surrounded with sauerkraut.
Holushki Noodles and sauerkraut with chopped onion, garlic and other spices.
Kibbe Ground boneless leg of lamb with, you guessed it, garlic and onion, pine nuts, cracked wheat, cinnamon and other seasoning.
Kolbasi Valko Farm smoked pork sausage with a special combination of over a dozen different spices.
Lamb Kebobs

Skewered lamb, mushrooms, and assorted vegetables flavored in soy sauce, Italian dressing, garlic and ginger.

Lemon and Mint Salad Mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted vegetables in a lemon, mint dressing.
Stuffed Grape Leaves Rice and ground lamb, turkey, or beef with seasoned with lemon, mint, garlic, and onion and wrapped in grape leaves. Yeah, baby.
Tabbouleh Chopped parsley with onion, tomatoes, cracked wheat, and mint
